reducing project budget or product price, you can select to mold products in
UnionMould after the mould is ready. Our system will guarantee quality products
with competitive price for you. Relative
detail
inspection report will be submitted together with products. We
do sampling, pilot runs, and mass production. |

Injection
machines:
UnionMould
molding department have injection machines from 20 Ton to
1000
Ton. For the request beyond our scope, we will finish testing and production with our
faithful and neighborly partner.
Our
biggest molding capability is 2400 Tons with injection capability 10115
grams. |

Molding Quality:
The small
batch production to testing the mould
character and the mass production of clients request, are all under the
strict quality control process. Same as the Mould in our company, quality is our eternal
seeking.

Material colorings:
All the Products will make as per the clients
request. We use a world admissive standard "PANTONE" & "RAL" to
remove the misunderstanding between us which will possible happen.
For the transparent and clear products, we will use
extra injection machine and dryer machine to minimize the dust and black
spots. |

Molding
Material:
Imported high-quality plastic resin are used, such as GE of America,
BAYER of Germany, POLY of Japan etc. If customer want to further cut
down the product cost, we can recommend local raw materials manufactured
in China mainland and ensure product quality at the same time.
There are ABS, PC, ABS+PC, PS, SAN, PP, NYLON, PMMA,
POM, PET, TPE, TPR ,ULTEM,PE,etc, which have ever been used in the history
experience of
