Check |

Before sending out the mould design to customer, our engineer will
check the mould design according to the specification from customer.
After finalizing every detail, the engineer will send the
reviewed mould design to customer to get
their
approval. |

Timely communication
|
|
Though your
small modification
will be timely implemented and
the question occur in the
manufacture process will be communicated
under our duteous engineer's work
attitude. |

Time Schedule
|
|
Once getting
approval from
customer, a time schedule(CPP) will be sent
to customer for following up. We have personnel to check the every step
of the machining. It's used for avoiding
mistake occurred in the machining process and
it will help us to catch the time schedule. |

Weekly Report |
|
In order to
keep the customer getting
the latest status of the project, weekly report will be sent to client
by the project manager who is responsible for
the project. If request ,pictures will be supplied
together. |

First article inspection report (FAIR)
|
|
We will check
the structure and dimension of T1 sample by using
inspection Equipment to ensure they meet the
part print . The related data will be filled in T1 Sample Check
Report. This report will be sent to customer by email
in three days after the T1 sample have been sent to customer. |

Mould Trial Production before shipment
|
|
In order to
ensure the quality of mould, we
can run a 3-4 hours trial production
for client's with the
small quantity production before
shipment. And we will take a video
of one automatic cycle
and send to customer for reference |
