Accessory Procurement

UNION provide components procurement for supporting the product assembly and production,

the components involves "glass lens, rubber-foam, screws, u-clamp, overlay / membrane ..."

1). Lens

provide customized lens with thickness from 0.2mm to 5.0mm thick.

material: PC, PMMA, Glass

logo and printing can be added as per your graphic design

2). Screws

screws is used for locking the enclosure.

we provide any kinds of screws as per your need, and any size.

brass tube and AL connector	steel nut	self-cut screw for plastic

3). U-clamp

steel or stainless u-clamp for fixing device or product tightly on the rods.

U-clamp is easily operation and works good for locating the rob piece,

like the muffler, light, instrument, stage...

4). overlay / Membrane

Overlay (label) / membrane, will be used for indicating the manufacturer logo, instruction.

sometimes the label will be combined to work as switch.
